This place is out dated and the stylist can't do hair don't waste your money here. I was very unhappy with my hair.

I booked an appt. here for my mother who is 71 yrs old and a cancer survivor. She was supposed to be getting a quick weave on a stocking cap because she has no hair as a result of treatment. We arrived 10 minutes early and my mom was taken to the back for a shampoo. We both found it odd as there was really nothing to shampoo. The wash girl then proceeded to sit my mother under a dryer with a plastic cap on. This was disturbing and unnecessary as she clearly had no hair. After 15 minutes I asked why she was sitting under the dryer and told the wash girl my mother was feeling ill.I noticed immediately that the hair stylist had left.Apparently she has errands she needed to run. Clearly the dryer fir a bald woman was a ploy to buy some time. We waited for another 20 mins. and decided to leave. How does a professional leave knowing their client is there? We respected her time by being on time for the appointment but clearly it was ridiculous for me, a paying customer, to expect the same in return. I will never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Side note: The salon was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon....that should have been my 1st red flag....

If you want professional stylist who care about your hair then this is a go to salon. A well trained staff with knowledge to get your next weave or natural style to perfection. Time is well managed and service will win you over.
