Overall
which way the wind blows at weathervane

"Good fish shack" type food to use a southern term to describea New England eating place. Food generally, Good but heavy on fried food items and in line price wise with many local places. Worst value is the high price for iced tea and coffee. Time to eat out I would avoid it if it is anywhere near closing time, food quality drops, as the cook evidently wants to go home. . However, service by food servers remains pleasnt interested in serving but not overly so. The group eating at it tends to be older in age, late middle age to elderly with some younger families. Could be a bit more helpful if it featured more health happy menu items. In sort it is a good, dependable place to eat out at but do not expect any really unique food items. A worthy replacement for the old dive in root beer stand that is still hidden in the core of the building, a bit more money might have been spent to make the decor reflet Great Bay, Isles of Shoals etc rather than the general nautical theme used.r
