RUN, don't walk away from this place! Bought a car and the deal was the sunroof leak was to be fixed. Guess what...still leaking. They won't do a thing to fix it. Do yourself a BIG favor and stay away from these rip off artists!

Bought a Suburban from this dealership. Have called at least four or five times because I still have not received my registration. My bank is asking for the title. Last call was two weeks ago and was told I would have it in 5 days and here we are 14 days later and still no registration. They have 5 days before I go to PennDot to request my registration because I have not received it! There is no urgency with this dealership....just one excuse after another!!! I just don't know how you can run a business like that! I definitely would never go back there.

To make a long story short people. There cars trucks campers look nice and clean but they dont run worth crap. I should have kept my old truck ran better. Had trouble with this truck 3 days after i bought it from them and had it back there several times and it is still not fixed. Finally taken it to my mechanic because they said they can't fix it.. ok then... People save your $! Drive right by the place.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! I bought a 2000 nissan maxima and I have had nothing but problems with it. The check engine light came on 3 days after I drove it off the lot. I took it back and they "fixed" it. Not even 24 hours later the light came back on. I also was noticing the clutch was starting to act funny and when I told him (Jeff Lauer the owner) he said he'd have it looked at, he said it was fine. About a week later I brought it back to have him look at the clutch again and they replaced the slave cylinder ($95) which come to find out wasn't the problem. A few days after that my clutch exploded and stranded me on RT. 30 when I called him to complain he pretty much told me that I don't know how to drive a manual and that he's not going to do anything about it. The tow and new clutch cost me over $1000. Jeff is rude and just wants your money and will sell you crap and not fix anything or do anything to make you a happy customer! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM!!!
