        Judith S. Leland Is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and Northwestern University School of Law, was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1967, the Ohio Bar in 1972, and the California Bar in 1975. She has worked in many areas of the law, ranging from criminal defense to civil matters, including Uniform Commercial Code, Bankruptcy, and Social Security Disability Matters. In 1974, Ms. Leland was appointed an SSI Judge with the Social Security Administration. In that capacity, she presided over numerous Social Security SSI disability hearings in California. In 1976, she opened her first office in San Diego, with an emphasis on Social Security cases. Soon the practice grew to include offices in Santa Ana and Long Beach. Later, the practice was redesigned with offices in San Diego and Downey, with an emphasis on Social Security disability cases. The Law Offices of Judith S. Leland continues to have locations in Downey and Santa Ana, California and Salt Lake City , Utah, while the partnership of Leland & Wasserman has offices in Ontario, California. Judith S. Leland has been an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), having served as District Representative and having been a speaker at NOSSCR conventions.         This is a very experienced & helpful office. The staff was teriffic and so was Mrs. Lelland. I couldn't have done it without them.

        Judith Leland the best

        I gave this office a call several months ago and made an appointment to meet with Judith Leland. Everyone at this office is extremely friendly and helpful. Judith looked over all my case & decided she is willing to take my case. All i have to pay was $50 for the application fee for now. At the present time, my case is in the appeal process and waiting for an answer from social security. If i get rejected, then i will have to meet up with the judge in the reconsideration process along with the lawyer at least an year from that. In any case, this place is one of the best i have found online. Give it a try, at least you get a free consultation if Judith rejects your case. You have nothing to lose except time.
