        The day before my scheduled ch...

        The day before my scheduled chimney cleaning, a female employee called to see if it would be okay if the guy came earlier than the appointed time. I said no problem. The scheduled day came and went with nobody showing and no phone call to say what happened. Two days later when I CALLED THEM, they told me the guy was sick and went to the hospital. I would have forgave them had someone had the decency to at least call me to explain.
