New Britian Granite & Bronze

Purchased a marker for my mothers grave July 31, 2013, paid in full at signing of contract, till this day marker has not been placed on the grave.
I gave one star because I could not give 0, which they deserve.

This company got our money. It took 6 months for them to engrave our headstone, and they screwed up the spacing of my daughter's name and wrecked our stone. Countless times they promised to fix it and now they wont accept or return my calls and have not fixed it. you think things are bad enough with the loss of a loved one then get ripped off by this kind of company. Still no call back 10 months later.
