very clean and the staff is accommodating, there is no way the other bad review is true. Most likely someone VERY rude and snooty or a competing nail salon. Anytime I see that a client wants something fixed or changed, they have no problem fixing it. As far as the smell that the other review claims, umm it's a nail salon, of COURSE it smells!! It smells like nail chemicals. Overall it's a great place, they always have someone available for walk ins and I have had each of the nail techs with NO problems at all. Def recommend In Style.

First off I would not recommend this place to anybody never mind my friends. This is the worst salon I have ever been to and I have got to tell everybody before they might ran into the same experiences as I have. The people here are so mean and rude as I asked them politely to have my nails a certain length but they kept on cutting it and in the end my nails is ruin because it is so short! They kept on nodding their head as if they understood me but when it comes out it was a mess. I told them I didn't like my nails and they say well its already done and that I should paid and leave if I don't like it here.

One should not encounter the experiences I encounter especially when I did not get the services that I wanted and paid for. They don't value their customer and if you think you can relax at this salon. Think twice, the place is small and it also smells. They are noisy as they kept on talking in their language, makes one wonder if they have talked bad about you. They make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would never return back to this salon even if they pays me. I would not recommend this salon to anyone ever! So spare your money and go to another salon.
