Trombly School Bus

On going experience is terrible. Company just took over contract for Burlington Schools and they do not know the bus routes- daughter was not picked up first day, 15 minutes late second day. Other daughter's stop was moved without notice. Promised to be dropped off at correct stop but was dropped at a laundry mat instead. Continue to try to contact but no calls or emails get returned. They only got contract because shady owner waited for sealed bids to come out and then filed complaint with state and then submitted lower bid after seeing winning bid. School committee caved like most government people- not here for us or the children. Only comes down to money with this guy-no safety for children. Likes to be a big shot and tell us how he has lunch with Charlie Baker- who cares! Then threatens lawsuits if he doesn't get his way. Typical Mass liberal way to do business. Every town he has stolen contracts the same way, he's getting nothing but complaints but doesn't do anything about it. Also gives himself AAA rating with BBB but he's not accredited with them so not sure how that's ok? Kids are unsafe, Fire them!
