Our hot water heater failed right before Christmas and was replaced by a mediocre plumbing company. It wasn’t drafting and causing unburnt natural gas to leak into our home. Thankfully Machi Mechanical came to the rescue and got everything figured out for us. Machi quickly identified that the system that was installed by the other company was completely wrong and would never draft correctly due to the type of ventilation system existing in our home. We decided to go with a tankless system after hearing all of the benefits. Steve and Kevin worked non stop to get the job done right before Christmas. The attention to detail performed on this job is mesmerizing. There isn’t one piece of the system that isn’t level or measured perfectly. All of the soldering is flawless. They came with the promise of having hot water by the end of the day that they began the job and Machi Mechanical did just that. I will be a forever customer and I highly recommend you do the same.
