Phil replaced our water heater. He came within an hour of my call to take a look at it and the water heater was replaced within 24 hours and it was reasonably priced.

5 stars are not enough for these guys. They are the best. Fast, reliable, affordable. I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on. I'm also passing the word to my family and friends.

When I realized that I was having HVAC issues, I had a few goals in mind - affordability, honesty and reliability. J&M was the perfect blend of all three. They responded quickly to my call, set up an appointment for the next day and arrived ready to work.



The agents were honest, respectful and gave me advice that prevented them from attaining an additional $1,600 in revenue - such honesty is refreshing and gives me a bit more faith in the human race.

Phil and Tommy have been servicing my a/c and heater for nearly 20 years. They are very knowledgeable about their products and never push you towards the most expensive units.

Last week my a/c died and I called Phil. He was at my house within 20 minutes. You CANNOT find better service than that. Phil and Tommy are great guys and I would never call anyone other than J & M.

I can't recommend J&M highly enough. We needed our heater replaced quickly. Phil talked us through all the options, both pros and cons, and helped us decide on the one that best fit us. Never pushed the most expensive or the biggest but helped us choose the best one for us. Phil also checked out our central air unit. YOU CAN"T PUT A PRICE ON HONESTY !! Instead of trying to sell us a new one, he showed us some minor wiring repairs we needed and had everything heater and air conditioner done in a day. Honest guys, fair price and great service !!!

Phil at J&M has been nursing our aging heater and A/C along for the past four years so in the possibility of a very hot summer after that very cold winter, I contacted Phil who responded immediately and in a matter of days a new heater and A/C was up and running. Phil and Partner are knowledgeable, gracious, dependable, hard workers and on a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a 100. EJL & AJL

This is the second time I used their services of J&M. Both experiences have been highly professional and proficient. My wife loves how neat they are.



1st time I used them was in August 2014. I brought them in after another outfit dropped the ball completely. The first outfit said I needed two new a/c units ($500 bill for telling me that. they tested the system with Freon instead of nitrogen) It was hot and after a week with not return calls from the first outfit, I got a referral to J&M. Great move. They confirmed the bedroom a/c did in fact need a new unit. I told them we could do the 2nd unit in 2015.



They came out last week to check the two units and replace the the 3rd. During their test of the unit to be replaced they found that it indeed was functional and besides the addition of freon, all was running well. That is what I call integrity. I can not recommend J&M high enough.

Excellent customer service! I called J & M for an estimate on the heating system at a house I was considering to buy. Phil went over to the house first thing Monday morning and promptly delivered the estimate. He discovered issues that the inspector didn't. I am so thankful for his estimate!

After realizing I had a cracked heat exchanger and it was not safe to have my heat on, J & M gave me 3 proposals for a heating replacement. They explained each option with the energy savings I would receive. Phil from J & M rearranged their schedule so that the replacement could be done as soon as possible. They did exceptional work and I am very happy with the service I received.
