        Bought a mothers day ring online, customized it. I received it6 week after mothers day and just two days ago I caught the ring on my granddaughters shirt and the enter stone fell out they saying that we have to pay to have it replaced. This is ridiculous when you look at he amount of money that s been spent there by us In the past year!!!! Well over 10,000.00!!!!!!

        Disgusted with Kay Jewelers... I bought a Mothers day ring this year right after Mothers day and two days ago I caught the ring on my grand daughters top and the center stone fell out. This tells me that it was not put together very well.... Not to mention the fact that we have spent an enormous amount of money there in less than one year! They should stand behind there products! This worries me because we have spent over 10,000.00 on 6 different pieces and traded in three to get these prices. Signed Disgusted in Punxsy
