I did love this store. I shop all the time at platos closet on sawmill in fact I shop everywhere using our debit card, my fiancé debit card that is. And each time your manager rang me up. I was never so humiliated in my life. The manager on my 3 rd visit told me I can never use my debit card again unless my name is on it, yet comment her husbands card she has the same issue ?!?!! Then on top of that her voice was so loud like she wanted all the other customers in the store to know. She was yes, that loud. Now, keep in my mind this manger, she cashed me out every visit. She has even given me the card with the other locations. But, I am SO done with this store. The platos closet knows I've been using the same card since shopping there for 3 months. I moved here to be with my fiancé. So all these nice stores are great. I was hoping to do more business here. But, that won't happen. I've even introduced myself to this manager. And told her I loved the store ( maybe not the prices ) but told her I moved here and was engaged, ect. Now suddenly she's scrutinized me. Wtheck????
