Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had excellent customer service for my 5 day rental in Dubuque, IA. They were also very accommodating in both picking me up from my hotel downtown and dropping me off at my mother's residence on the north end. All around great service that saved me 2 taxi/Uber/Lyft ride fees.

Base on ridiculous weekend hours, I was charged 2 extra days. Get with the modern business world and provide customer service during normal hours on weekends.

Excellent customer service at Dubuque Enterprise. Enterprise says they charge $150 for smoking in their cars and I hope they charged someone for this one. Some smoker really ruined my rental experience! Other than that, nothing but good things to say.
