Party City

I bought my costume at a different store chain, and came to Party City to buy almond accessories. The employee who helped me was extremely helpful,even recommending face paint and other accessories I needed to pull off the look I wanted based on the screenshot I showed her.all of the employees were very friendly, and prices were much more reasonable than their competitors.

The store is beautiful but my low rating is for poor customer service. it took me almost 10 minutes to get checked out for a card, I almost left. 3 people behind the counter only 1 of them where checking & she must of been new the other person had to keep coming over & helping her. there was 3 of us in line & the other person was filling balloons, not sure what the other was doing. They should of jumped in & helped honestly the man who was behind me was very unhappy also we looked at each other like REALLY !!!!! clearly uncalled for ....
