I was with another martial arts studio and they went out of business. I then tried Choe's Hap Ki Do -- I found my martial arts home! I am learning ALL aspects of Martial Arts -- not just kicking and punching, but respect, discipline, history, and self-improvement! I am challenged, yet not set up to fail. We are growing as we learn and the instructors are helping us to get to our full potential. Kids and adults are welcome. They have great hours and always a positive atmosphere.

Chung Mu Hap Ki Do, is a very unique martial art, most styles of martial arts use force to block force, causing injury. Because Hap Ki Do uses a circular self-defense, you use the opponent���s force against them, needing little power, just knowledge and skill. It doesn���t matter how strong you are, as long as you use the techniques correctly, chances are you will always overcome brute force.
