Executive Clothing Care

I've been to ECC because I need quick turn around but don't look for good customer service and personal care from them. The guy who works the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful when I questioned his price and handling of a previous order. He blamed me for not asking specific questions. His attitude and body language was very "I'm superior"and unprofessional which sounds like the treatment the customer with the lost suit got. Must be a pattern with this company..."the customer is always wrong." So I went back to my other cleaners and they greeted me by name! Wow now that's true customer service!

They lost my suit, gave me a proxy suit back, when I finally realized it they blamed me, called me stupid in several ways from I didn't know my own suit to you brought in someone else's suit (and you don't even know, you idiot).



They told me the owner would call several times. They told me the owner would call by noon. I was never called. They told me the owner would be back after 1 and 30 seconds later told me I just missed the owner. I didn't even bother to ask why the owner had not called me if the owner was just there.



I asked for the proxy suit back, they asked "Why do you want it if it's not yours". Because I'm not going to let them do this again to someone else. I should have asked, "Why do you want it if it's not yours?"



I asked for the cleaning fee back because it's not my suit (and I should not be charged and suit less), they balked.



I took the suit and left without a refund.



These people are careless, rude, and inconsiderate. They assured me they had contacted another customer to see if he had received the wrong suit and he said he had not. Why, to them, he's right and I am wrong boggles my mind.



I'm certain they never bothered searching for my suit at all.

Used them twice - both times reasonable prices, great results and fast! This last time was a stain on a formal dress. The place across the street quoted me $50 more than I paid Executive Cleaners to do it. Picked up yesterday and the stain is gone, the dress is pressed and perfect!

you will absolutely LOVE this business. Eugene and the guys are fantastic. I have used their services for 9 years and have been 100% satisifed. Professional, courteous, reliable!!! You will never go anywhere else.
