        Overall

        Technician drive time is billable at standard labor rate, in addition to a 1 hour minimum labor charge ($100 per hour) as of Jan 2016 for daytime mid-week non-holiday service. Service was good and quick, but billing leaves a lot to be desired compared to the other many local companies.
