Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Lesmond (#927) was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, I had my hot water heater start leaking on a Sunday, he came out and determined the failure point and stated he thought he could get a new unit that day. About a hour later he showed back up and was very apologic that he couldn’t get the unit, but did make a fix to allow me to run cold water. He could have easily just called but he went above and beyond in my mind. On Monday he wasn’t supposed to start work until noon, but I told him I had family coming into town so he stated he would start at 1030am. Even better he showed up at 9:30 which was awesome as it let me get to work a little earlier. The quality of work and attitude was awesome. I highly recommend Lesmond, he was great from start to finish!

I am very pleased with the two service technicians who recently worked at my house. They were extremely professional and very patient. I was lucky to have had Shannon E. and Antonio W. assigned to complete the project.

We have been very pleased with our recent experience with Roto-Rooter. All the techs were very professional and we are happy with the results. Especially wanted to mention that Jameka Craney, "JC", was extremely professional and her promptness was very appreciated. She had to make several trips to the house and she was courteous to call ahead and arrived when she said she would.

Roto-Rooter came out and quickly dispatched the difficult clog in our bathtub drain. This gentleman (John) had been out to our home before a couple of years back and unclogged our twin sinks next to this tub. Those sinks have never been clogged since! We highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

I have an older house, and the plumber had a really hard time with my clog. He tried everything and finally had to cut the pipe under the house. It was a big job, and he worked all day and even an hour past his usual end time. Unfortunately, my bathroom was a mess when it was over, and he left a gaping hole in my tub where the switch thing that closes the drain used to be. I say used to be because the mangled remains was left on my bathroom floor. I had to call back the next day, and they sent another guy to fix the hole at no extra charge.

Wayne (#3112) arrived promptly and was able to resolve the issue in short order. He was thorough with explain the process and clean up afterwards. Thanks most much!!

The one good thing I can say about our experience with Roto-Rooter is that the first guy that came out and worked on our drains was a very nice person who worked hard while he was there. He cleaned one of our drains and replaced the flushing apparatus on one of our toilets. Two week later, we had to call back due to continued problems with both issues. The next guy that came back (from Roto-Rooter) was extremely unhelpful. He showed up almost an hour past the time window he had given us. He didn't listen to my explanation of what had been going on, and without even looking under the house at what I was describing (or looking at anything else), told me what he thought was "probably" going on, which he quoted $1800 to fix. We declined and called a local, independent plumber to come evaluate the problem. The local guy fixed the root issue and then some, including a poor installation of the flushing apparatus, for less than a third of what Roto-Rooter quoted us. I'm just sorry we wasted as much money on Roto-Rooter as we did in the first place. Don't waste your time and money here.

The service repairman actually arrived within an hour after I made the service call. I was pleasantly surprised because I normally have to take at least a half day off work with other companies. He assessed the problem and gave me a quick estimate. I approved the estimate and he made the repair very quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. They are very professional.
