Temp Control

It was December 16th, the coldest day since the summer and the temperature had dipped below freezing. We awoke at 6:00am to find that our house was very cold...57 degrees. Something was wrong with our furnace. The pilot light must have gone out. We started calling heating/air companies in Durham that were reasonably near us---at least 15 companies. The ONLY one that responded was Temp Control. Mr. May called me back by 7:00am and had someone here before 8:00am. They couldn't restart the pilot light because there was a crack in the heating element and my house was filled with carbon monoxide, which explained why I had been feeling so ill for the past few days. They had a brand new furnace fully installed before noon. They were fast, professional, caring, polite and generally wonderful. We would never do business with anyone else. Oh, and by the way, none of the companies I called that morning ever called me back!
