Tumblebear Gymnastics

The owner/operator of this business is failing. She can not afford to pay her employees however mannages to ke the schools commissions paid. Her women team of employees work 10 to 12 hour days and only get paid for the number of classes they teach. They use company vehicles and load/unload them and do not get travel pay. This business plan was not fully thought through. 2 employees were involved in minor accidents and she with held both employees checks. This is just the beginning of what Tumblebears does to their employees. I would not support this organization.
