        Overall

        This company has horrible customer service. Been trying for over one year to get the wheelchair I was measured for and was supposed to receive 4-6 weeks, I never got it. I had to reorder and with help of my insurance company, I finally got the wheelchair 3 months after the second order. Now after a year and a half they wanted the chair back stating that I was only renting the wheelchair. Called my insurance company again and the NuMotion Representative and I do own my w/chair. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. (They don't deserve star)
