I will have to say that this place is really a rip off. They looked at my Goodman system that they said was the best. That they install. Its been problems ever since. This system was brand new from the box. They even charge my mom 4hrs worth of labor which wasn't true cause i was there the whole time. Also they told my mom not to worry about the bill they would mail her one. And I see why they do this. The bill was 760.00 after the part they replace was under warranty. The part or (coil) had leaked all the Freon out and they had to charge 40.00 per lbs for the Freon which was about 8lbs worth. None of this was told to us before hand they just mailed the bill. I would not recommend this business to know one. And they take advantage of RETIRED folks. So take heed this is screaming bad business.
