I would like to thank my claim adjuster, who handles last names, covering the letter "B". She called me back the same day, and approved me to leave the Pain clinic I have been going to for 12 years. Dr. Kost is a wonderful doctor, no doubt, BUT, since he has moved out of Bristol Hospital to the Hartford Hospital location, in Blue Back Square, it is nearly impossible to get a procedure in a reasonable amount of time.



After an MRI in December of 2011, I was given an appointment for February 2012 for radio frequency. That was then canceled and bumped to April 23, 2012! (4) FOUR months later! That and the rude attitude of their PA, and some of the nurses was the last straw.



Thank you GAB ROBBINS, who is now merged with another name. (that I cannot think of at this time) When people are in pain, we need to be treated in a timely fashion, not shoved to the "back burner" like we are no even humans.



Over booking is now shooting yourselves in the foot. I am sure others will follow suit.

Sure you are raking in the "big bucks", but it is at the expense of making your patients suffer way to long~
