We hired this company to replace an existing security & fire system due to the last company's incompetence. The owner (Joseph) provided me with complete and full documentation on my system and I could not believe their knowledge in their industry. They walked us through everything step by step and even provided a layout of our systems. Extremely reliable and they don't push or make you feel you have to buy anything!! Our former company charged us nearly 50.00 a month for our two systems and once we were told we can be monitored for under half of what we were paying we were thrilled. Once the jobs were completed ( which took two days and they worked 14 hours a day to minimize our down time ) they provided us with printed laminated layout sheets for both of our systems. I still can't believe how extremely knowledgeable and thorough this small company is. I even had given my sister their name to install a system and she absolutely loves it. I had one issue with my system something with my code change, I called their number on the card and immediately young Joe picked up and walked me right through changing my code! Talk about service.
