I agree with the other derogatory comments. I called for an appt in April. They could not verify my Insurance and said they'd refer it to their biller. Five days later they called to make and appt. I assumed all was verified and proceeded to make an appt for myself and husband. Five days before my appt I got a voicemail reminder and another that the couldn't verify my insurance AGAIN. I had faxed a copy of my card in April and again when they left a voicemail. I got another call to ask if I can go over the insurance info that they can't verify. I advised that I faxed it over twice then they questioned the fax number ( which was correct) and said there was nothing in file. So I said to just cancel the appt because they can't seem to get it together. I didn't get to finish the sentence when I was hung up on. These office people indeed are failures and lack the skills at dealing with customers. With obviously little to no oversight they are full of their self observed power to treat people, who are seeking a doctor, in any way they feel. If the owners condone this behavior then so be it. I take my business elsewhere and suggest you do too. Sincerely

i totally agree, they are doing the same thing to me.
quoted one price and now being billed for services that are FREE.,
called insurance to call drs office. they never answered, then 6 months later the calls and bills started. they also lied and said they had been billing me for months. not true. also when is enough , enough, they were paid almost 9k for this procedure

I had a wonderful experience, Immediate attention when I had a problem, the new facility for endoscopy is state of the art, with wonderful caring staff. I was diagnosed with a problem at the earliest stage and I am already doing great on treatment. I recommend Dr. Coman and his staff to every one.

Do not use them, They act as if they are doing you a favor when you call, like they are putting themselves out by answering phone.And it is worse in office with nasty nasty people behind desk.Also when you call good luck getting a live person to answer your call and when you leave a message then they don't answer you will NEVER get a call back ever. I called Monday to make an appointment and I am a patient too there it is now wednseday still no appointment made as my messages to call back all ignored. This place is a horror. Avoid this uncaring unprofessional money business. They need to get normal more responsive caring people behind phones and in office !!
