Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company

I started a life insurance policy with bankers Conseco insurance in October or November of 2015. Here it is April of 2016 and I have yet to receive a copy of the policy. I have called the company several times to request one and still have not gotten one. I have asked to speak with the agent that sold me the policy, he is not available. I asked that he return my call, has not happened. In march I called the company and canceled the policy. No only did they not (apparently) cancel the policy, but this month they charged me approximately three times the monthly premium. I am trying to contact them by phone. I get a computer which offers no way to talk to a human. In my opinion this is nothing but a scam or a bunch of thieves.
