        Dick's Heating and Air Conditioning founded in 1982 by Dick Higgins, who set up shop in a 900-square foot facility in East Wenatchee. He hired Ken Osborne, who bought the company in 1995. Ken moved the business to the current location at North Baker Flats Industrial Park in 2007, where we operate out of a beautiful 9,000 square foot building. Whether it's a sunny afternoon or the freezing dead of night, request an HVAC service and we'll be there for you.
