I just love this place. Always available when you need them. They work with you on cost savings and ARE very reliable. Wouldn't go any where else.

NOT happy. The girl in the office...very nice...BUT I was charged double for a rebuilt starter, the inside of my car stunk of cigarettes, I purposely left 2 dimes in the front console (which were taken) and my car had trouble starting. WOULD NOT recommend them at all.

I was driving three friends to Bradley Airport from Amherst MA today when my car began rattling on 91, and I knew there was something seriously wrong. I pulled off the highway on exit 45, stopped at the Sunoco and was told to go to Small Town Auto because it was "good and cheap". Upon entering the small shop, I was greeted by the friendliest woman at the counter who understood exactly what I meant and believed my own diagnosis of the problem (I thought it was a faulty ball joint). About 10 minutes later the men in the shop had my car lifted and had the problem diagnosed (my drive axel has almost nearly been torn from my wheel, a very serious problem) the man working on my car brought be into the shop and showed me the problem first hand so I knew he wasn't trying to screw me. They got CV part delivered directly to the shop within an hour and got to car patched up and road ready in another two after that. A fix that I estimated would take much longer and cost nearly $500 only cost me $260. (My father had replaced my CV in my old car and we know it's a difficult part to remove and replace) While I was waiting the owner of the shop bought his staff and me lunch from a local restaurant down the street, a very welcomed act of kindness since I had been up and running since 7am and it was just around 12:30 at this point. The staff at his shop treated every customer that came in during my 3-4 hours there graciously and quickly. I was so impressed with the service I received and I will never forget the men and woman who made a horrible day for me so much better.

The most dishonest auto place (or incompetent) I have ever encountered. After charging so much to fix a radiator leak problem, when the car was returned to them complaining of a leak, they diverted the problem to something else and wanted to charge me to fix it. But another mechanic confirmed that the original problem (radiator) was not fixed properly and even showed me that the current leak was due to the original incomplete repair.
