        Always polite - while waiting, Dana, salesman who I bought car from, saw me waiting & made sure everything was okay + is always friendly. Then new waiting area is very comfortable.

        I was very happy with my salesperson, Bonnie. When I first arrived, she was trying to help another customer simultaneously, and I had to spend some time waiting for her. Once she was freed up to help just me, she was very helpful. I especially liked that she did not pressure me at all.

        Overall

        I was able to deal with Steve Leonardo in a adult manner about purchasing a new truck. Because of the Holidays, there was a factory option to be installed after the holidays. Steve kept his word and it's a done deal. Not much more I could ask for.
