AVOID TWIN RIVERS MUSIC STORE



I dropped off a clarinet a few weeks ago. The girl at the counter told me it would be $37.50 for them to go over it. That price would include replacement of any pads. I get a phone call and I'm told the estimate would be $75. I call them back to get details and the rude guy states that he can't give me specifics. What? You can't tell me what needs to be fixed? Then he proceeds to say "I'm not working on this junky instrument. Come pick it up."
