Open Systems Healthcare (OSH) caregivers provide personal and attendant care services to help consumers in their day-to-day activities, such as: * Dressing * Meal Preparation * Transferring and Providing General Comfort * Companionship Services * Bathing and Toileting * Physical Exercise and Stimulation * Personal Care * Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Note: While we cannot distribute the consumer's medication ourselves, we will remind our clients to take self-administered medications at prescribed times. We understand what you are going through and are here to make the process easier for you, and we can be flexible based on your needs. The goal is for us to do all the work, while you focus on the people you love. Independent Living Philosophy: Open Systems Healthcares mission is to support its Independent Living Philosophy which promotes choice, control and dignity amongst care recipients.
