        We purchased a heating and air system from them August 2013, with a two year labor warranty and from that time on it has not worked correctly at all. Numerous calls out to our home to fix the system. On two occasions Freon had to be put into the cooling system. The owners came out(the grandfather) on one visit and told me that the system was installed incorrectly by someone they fired right after my system was installed(Tim). This week the system has a condenser that went out and the grandson Steven came out and said he would do everything he can to get my system up and running. Nothing mentioned about paying for labor and now they want me to pay $400 for labor on a system that I has never worked correctly since day one. They refuse to accommodate me the consumer, even though they knew the system I have was installed incorrectly. I have had to many issues with a brand new system for them to refuse to replace it. I will NEVER use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.
