this company sucks! i called and asked what would be the monthly cost of trash pick up after all the taxes and crap fees they said 15 bucks a month* total* so i had them send me out a trash can and a free recycleing can and was told pick was on tue well i got the trash can but it took 4 calls to get the recycling can then they would come every day but tuesday for the trash wed thur fri or they wouldnt even come! on top of that i got the bill it was 50 bucks! i had a fee for gas for being out of the way i live on a main road and 1/2 the people on this road use them ! the house next to me does! find a different trash company unless u want to get rip off and have your trash can sit by the road all the time so u dont miss them IF they come to pick it up

Called customer service to let them know I would have additional trash put out since I was moving. It sat out there all day, called to make sure someone was coming and was told oh yes they would still be there. My trash day came and gone and it still sat on the curb. I would not use this Company in the future and will NOT recommend them to the new home owners. Not only was my trash not picked up but the customer service agents were all very rude. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was put into voicemail. He never called me back so had to call another company to take care of it.
