What a joy it was working with this company! I remember driving by this location as a young girl and thought of them immediately, when my husband was given a treasure from his Grandma - a doll she received as a young girl from her grandparents! We were in search of a doll case and they delivered for this small doll in a BIG way with a custom made case! Price was very reasonable - timeframe excellent - customer service above and beyond! Grandma is incredibly pleased, also :) ............ Parking is NOT an issue! Read the signs and you're fine. Thanks again TLC Doll Hospital for our custom doll case!

I made a long trip from Northern Colorado to this business in order to get several dolls repaired. The owners took my dolls and had them completed within 2-3 hours. I had a late breakfast at Rupert's on the Edge (yum!) and strolled around Sloan's Lake while waiting. While helping me complete my transaction, the owner gave me her full attention even when others were waiting. The tiny store front feels cramped, with no where to sit, but the workmanship and the attention to detail are great. I don't know what all the fuss in regard to parking is about; there are 4-5 clearly marked spots reserved for the TLC Doll Hospital on the north side of the building.

I have shopped with this business for over 30 years, without a single problem. The couple is always helpful for what I need.

As for the parking, it is a hugh parking lot with only a few cars parking in it. LOTS of empty spaces. The 4-5 spaces that TLC OWN are clearly marked -- more than one sign -- that the parking is reserved for TLC customers only. there are no other business on that side of the parking lot. These people that are complaining are going to businesses on the other street. So what is wrong with the people that they can not park in one of the many available UNMARKED spaces on their side of the lot.

I find the items, service and employees are well worth my 120 mile drive from Pueblo to get my doll supplies.

I am a 64 year old, disabled woman with cancer. I appreciate that the owners of TLC keep these few spaces available for me.

I just wanted a simple repair job. I drove across town to have them look at it. Horrible customer service. They didn't return my calls. They hung up on me twice.

Great Customer Service

We were in town visiting from out of state. The staff at TLC was so wonderful to work with. We brought in a doll to have the arm reattached late in the afternoon. We were leaving the next day and they had it ready by the next morning. Our little girl was so happy to have her dolly fixed. Thank you TLC for helping us end our vacation on a positive note!!

Owner had my car towed after 5...

Owner had my car towed from the public parking lot next to his/her doll shop. All signage leading into the lot says "public parking". I assumed this meant the public could park there. I parked without looking further and didn't see signage saying parking after 10am for Doll Hospital only. So the owner called the towing company as soon as the clock struck 10am. I came out at 10:30am to find my car gone. Took a half day and 200 dollars to get it back.

The thing that bothers me so much is that *there were at least 20 empty parking spaces all around me. It seems that the owner of this place went out of her/his way to ruin someone's day. They should at least wait until parking is a problem for them before towing unsuspecting people.

I went back and documented the multiple "public parking signs leading into the lot" and I'm reviewing my legal options.

Seems like the owner must be some kind of busybody with nothing better to do than keep an eye on all the parking spaces to wait for unsuspecting people like me to have towed. I'm not sure how they sleep at night.

I cannot even give these peopl...

I cannot even give these people a 1 star rating. Very poor communication and very slow. Had our dolls over 6 months, would not respond to email's or telephone calls. Very expensive as well, plus did not even repair everything. We will never contact these people again. Unfortunately, I have to give them one start :(
