This company is very rude and disrespectful. They picked up my daughters vehicle without letter her take her personal information out of the car. They told her that she had to come pick it up at the office. When I called to get information no one answered. Multiple phone calls were made only to be told that we need to make n appointment and pay $75 to get our things. They were very rude over the phone and would not let me speak. When my daughter went to get her items the guy threw her things on the floor and did not want to give her the change back after she paid. He stated that it was only $5 and the lady told her to get off their property before they call the cops and closed the gates. They guy threw her change on the floor. Not to mention the guy told me they only take cash but when you look on the website it said they take all major credit cards. They had already decided to give us a hard time. They can take the car because it doesn't work good so she was fine with that. River side motors sold her a melon anyway. My daughter should have called the cops. I don't know how people like that have a business. They should get shut down.
