My experience in this store was terrible. The manager, Joey, did not display any customer service skills and had way too much attitude. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses 4 months ago and had to come back 3 times to get them adjusted because they kept giving me headaches. When the employees "adjust" the frames they pull and yank on the frames with a ridiculous amount of force and pressure. They completely disregard the care for the product and I am convinced that their practices ruined the frame to begin with. I had to return to the store shortly after I purchased the frames to remove the defective anti-glare film they convinced me to purchase saying it was the best thing to do and just today, while driving, the leg fell off! The manager blamed me for the damage saying it was wear and tear. I don't sleep with my glasses on, I use the cloth they gave me to clean them and my previous frames last 4 years or so. I will never purchase anything else from this store and will never recommend this store to anyone else. They have lost a loyal customer and all the people I referred there over the years are now informed of this unfortunate experience. They first offered to sell me a new frame, then they offered to sell me the same frame with a 50% discount. Eventually they offered me to purchase a warranty that would only work this time around. I ended up paying 25% of the original cost. I am still dissatisfied with this option but I am content knowing I will never ever purchase any of their products in this or any of their other locations again.
