        Very poor customer service

        Poor customer service! !!!! They suck!!!! refused several reasonable offers there staff is not as they claim 100% to customer satisfaction. The online sales manager is not very good. I have been a Ford man for over 20 years but I am beginning to be very disappointed in all the nw pa dealerships

        Great dealership

        Great place to buy a vehicle I have been dealing there since 1993. Clyde Downs will give you a fair shake. I have bought both new and used vehicles from them. Brian Tidd in service will do whatever it takes to handle your service issues.
