        Never Open

        Once again I attempted to go to this shop & found the owner hadn't been there for 2 days even thiugh the sign on the door said open. This shop is very seldom open it seems. It is a room behind a beauty salon. The very nice salon people never know where or when the owner might show up. The ph # listed dosen't connect.
