        Be careful of their billing department!

        On one visit they lost my insurance card, insisting they gave it back to me, then a month later it showed up in their office. Most recently they turned our account over to a collection agency for something they never sent us a bill for. When we try to call them to rectify the situation they do not respond to phone calls. They are very unorganized.
