        Overall

        I have used Good News appliance twice now. Once for a broken washer and once for a broken dryer. I found Good News to be very professional and reliable. Bill returned my calls promptly and was provide service quickly. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Good News to anyone.

        very pleased

        He was a nice guy, he knew what he was doing, and I never felt like he was taking me for a ride. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly and had the part to fix it, and even had patience with my kids who were all over him. Bill is a quality guy and I'll call again.

        I can't say enough good things about Bill. He was on time, polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. I won't hesitate to call again or reccomend him to my friends and neighbors.

        This guy is the ultimate tech!. Very professional , courteous , knowledgeable in his field. He diagnosed my problem about my refrigerator not cooling and explained in simple terms. Great pricing! I will always call him for all my appliance needs.

        This guy did a great job. Sho...

        This guy did a great job. Showed up same day and on time. Charged $160 for an oven ignitor - by comparison, 4 years ago I was charged $210 by another company and my sister just paid $250 a few weeks ago and she has, basically the same oven I do. I'll call here everytime I need an appliance repaired.
