        Overall
        Incompetent beyond belief.

        Osage Land Company, without a doubt, employs the most incompetent people available. They have yet to pick up a call during business hours and rarely respond to phone messages. So far they have not honored their contracts. Anyone doing business with this place really might want to reconsider doing so.
