What a great feeling!! The crew here made me feel educated about my beloved VW ( I own 2 and an Audi)!! I have been having the usual German car little quarks mostly minor electrical, I thought it was more complicated then just having them pop out a few switches and replacing them for me. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. It is safe to say my cars have found a new caretaker!!
Spoke with Mike the owner and the guy hung up on me twice. I had not said or done anything wrong. The guy is an A-hole!

We were both on cell phones, connection was bad, i could not understand her, I asked her to call me on a land line at the shop. I never heard from her. I wish she would call me at (425) 778-6844 so i could fullfill her automotive needs, I have been in business for 35 years and strive to please everybody with their automotive needs.
