Employment Security Office

It's a government office. That should tell you all you need to know about this office. The lack of service for the people. I live about a hour away as well. The customer service that they don't have.

You should NEVER call there with an important question. God forbid you live over an hour away and cant just walk into the office anytime.. I was on the phone for over an hour and still didnt get my question answered because I couldnt talk to a real person. Just a robot.. Guess keeping my family fed is only important to me.. How nice of them to care, eh?
