Eager to get our job they told us they could start the next day, Friday afternoon March 7th, the employee had showed up with NO materials at all to complete the job. I gave them very clear instructions and the job was left incomplete. Then when I tried to schedule the completion of the job they told me it would be some time Tuesday March 11th. I had to force them to give me a window of time so I didnt have to sit around ALL day. They told me 12-2pm. I called Monday to see if they could come in the moring instead, SAM told me, "absoultly not", it would be between 12-2. I came home at 11:30am and the employee had broken into the back yard which has a latch lock on the gate. When I asked him how he got in my yard he replied, " I stepped on to this box and unlatched the lock'. Eager to get them to finish this job I let it go. Once he finished and ready to leave I went to inspect the job and noticed that the electrical box had not been moved, which was part of the estimate. The employee suggested that we could do it our selfs and the electrical piping would just BEND. This is not correct. When I called SAM to tell him I was less them satisfied with the job he tried to make it out like he had done us a FAVOR! I tried many, many, many times to explain to him why and what we were dissatisfied about and he continued to speak over me again and again, and told me he would not let me finish my sentence. Then he hung up. So I had to leave a message on his voice mail of our EXTREME UNHAPPINESS!!!
