Farrell's Fireside Shop

Every time I have had to deal with the store the salespeople are rude, obnoxious and arrogant! This has not been our experience with the technicians but the salespeople... UGH! Enough is enough! I'm going elsewhere!

I just had our Heat N Glo fireplace repaired. The tech( named Thomas) was so good!! He was able to troubleshoot numerous problems. The price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a fireplace insert set from Farrell's Fireside in May after having a new firebox and work done on my existing fireplace. I thought I smelled gas and just put is off as I wasn't using it and other people didn't smell the odor. I finally called in December and they came out immediately. Mr. Farrell came himself and checked their work and said the gas smell seemed to be from the valve the plumbers put it in and to call them. He was thorough, knowledgeable and RIGHT!! He was not upset about coming out and finding out it was not their error. He wanted to make sure we were safe. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their products. My experience was 100% satisfactory and will go back to them when I replace fireplace in family room!!

I have known this business for over 28 years and have found the staff to be absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgable as well as able to speak to many different questions you might have regarding stoves or fireplaces.



Their collection of stoves and fireplaces inside their studio give you an excellent chance to see much of what they sell in operation. When wood burning stoves were in their heyday, we purchased one of their quality stoves lasting over 25 years. We now own a pellet stove which has been a godsend.



Their stock of replacement pellets for stoves is priced wonderful and they only sell Premium type of pellets to be assured you are not getting a lot of smoke nor dirty glass to your stoves. Wonderful place!
