        Called with a question, representative (Daisey) was very rude & hurried with her answer. She said she didn't know the answer because she was a sales clerk. I asked if there was anyone around that could answer my question & she replied again in the same manner that everyone on the floor were sales reps. It seems if you call a store for questions that they would hire someone to handle normal questions especially if it pertained to promotional events that day.
