        oil change was fine. Personnel was not.

        I visited your business for the first time to get an oil change. I did get one. Unsatisfied by a remark one of your employees made to another employee about me. It was in Spanish, but I understood. Being the only female around, I found his remark demeaning, juvenile, and out of context. I am a customer and I feel this man should never say this to anybody again. The word he choose was "Gorda". Not thinking I would understand being caucasian. Well I did. I am married to a Hispanic. The store #AJ1626. Invoice #12122. The employee I am speaking of has some grey hair (hispanic) 150 lbs. in his late 50's. Manuel. Another employee Michael Caudle heard him say this as I was right there. Manuel has turned me away from your business, after a great oil change. I don't want to get my oil changed now if he is there thinking what will he say next about fat girls?



        Please take this matter seriously, he's made instant oil change @ 2926 Jamacha Rd. El Cajon, Ca. 92019 a place to not do business.
