Once Upon A Child

This franchise is a JOKE. Took several name brand items such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Gymboree, Guess, DKNY, and boutique clothes in excellent pre-owned conditions (15 items total.. Well, do you want to know what they offered me for all these pieces?? $23...Yup. I paid well over $200 new. I asked why the pay off was so low and the Manager's response was,“I'm aware the items are in perfect conditions but we ALWAYS code them as “low grade" as per Owner's orders"...I ended up listing them online and sold them for $150! On another note, at least 90% of their existing inventory is in poor condition, out dated, very worn and very over priced..My review..NOT a Seller's place or a Buyer's place. Especially if you're looking for name brand items priced right, NOPE, it's more like a second hand store!! You pay LESS at nearby outlets, department stores, etc..and the items are new. Don't waste your time!

I went to sell clothes at Once Upon a Child and it was a rip off. The clothes that I was there to sell we're worn 3 times if that. Excellent condition, only name brand Abercrombie, Gap, Children's Place & Ralph Lauren and some with tags. They offered me $93 for 30 items. I rather sell them on Craig's I sell the jeans for $12 & $ 7 for sweaters. Don't waste your time.
