I had a trailer hitch installed by a reputable company and the my electrical system was all messed up. I found out that they have a electrician so I took it over there and they fixed the problem. They even installed it correctly and it looked like professional did it this time. I highly recommend this shop and their customer service is impeccable.

Id avoid this shop if you have pearl or candy paint. I brought my truck here for paint and body work in March. The Paint started to chip immediately within the first week however I could not take the truck back right away since I don't live in El Paso. They assured me they would warranty the work and repaint it but when I took it back they held the truck for 2 weeks while I was on orders out of town without telling me they weren't going to warranty it and were trying to start a new claim instead saying it was rock chip and sand blasting damage. I was expecting to have my truck back and ready for travel after my orders were up but it's still sitting there untouched. The front of the truck looks like it was shot at with bird shot. I find it unusual that they cannot explain why only the parts they painted are chipping. The quarter panel that still has factory paint has no chips at all. They also used the crack I have on my windshield as "evidence" for rock chips. That crack barely happened last month. They lied and told me USAA sided with them but when I called USAA they said they had no record of working with the shop since the original work in March. USAA is waiting for the shop to upload pictures to try to get them to warranty the work but I doubt it'll happen considering their shadyness so far. I will most likely be taking it to a shop that actually has had to fix work from this shop before since they probably won't fix their faulty work.
