Trails at Rancho Vista

This place horrible.

It seemed okay when we moved in but after that, they tried to tell me we owed them $100 (the manager told me she gave me the wrong amount and if I didn't pay, they'd start charging me late fees.)

I ALWAYS had someone parked directly behind my car which made me late to work several of times. Told the manager and she couldn't do anything.

We had the FBI knocking on our door as well looking for our neighbors (we have two kids so safety is a huge deal for us)

Finally we paid the fee to break the lease since they didn't want to fix anything in our apartment (not even a ceiling collapsing due to the upstairs neighbors busted pipe over our bathroom)

We cleaned, paid all the fees and the rent that was due, not even two weeks after moving out, they sent us to collection. They never informed us of ANYTHING. Called them and they claimed to have sent out a letter. Well we received both letters (3 MONTHS later) only to find they were dated two MONTHS after we moved out.

They are a major headache and very far from professional.

I would STAY away.

Management is stupid and rude. Maintenance are creeps and weirdos. They dnt fix sh.. Police is always here not safe for kids. They dnt repair nothing they only want the rent paid on time .l.

Not all but most of the office workers are very rude and gossip among other tenants about other tenants, not only that each i walk into the office i am greated very poorly. Futhermore if your black the police will be called on you for the most ridiculous reasons. Many times police have been called to my residence stating that im beating some women when I live alone also i smoke a vapor mode and many times the police have been called stating residents said im smoking weed. Honestly blacks are not welcome here.
